Hill-Farrell Associates, Inc., is an architectural, civil engineering, and land surveying firm headquartered in Bellevue, Nebraska. Established in 1991 by Ronald D. Hill, P.L.S., and William A. Farrell, P.L.S., the firm has developed an outstanding reputation with the private sector, governmental, and quasi-governmental entities. The addition of Donald O. Heine, P.E., as a partner in 1995 greatly enhanced the firm's civil design capabilities and the addition of Ralph E. Gladbach, AIA, in 1999 was instrumental in the development of the company into an Architectural-Engineering firm.
