With over 40 years of surveying and land development experience, Doug provides the company with a wealth of information and knowledge for many types of projects. His familiarity with Bellevue and Sarpy County zoning and platting regulations is a valuable asset to a developer's team.

William A. Farrell, P.L.S., Principal/Surveyor

Mr. Farrell has over 40 years of surveying and project management experience in all types of land developments. From various subdivisions to large commercial developments and apartment complexes, Bill has managed our professional survey services to our clients. Bill was also instrumental in the development of our "Field to Finish" approach to projects which insures quality control and timeliness.

Donald O. Heine, P.E., Civil Engineer

Don has over 25 years of experience in the design and management of a variety of private sector, city, county, and state projects. Don has served as project engineer on many large civil engineering projects including commercial developments, apartment projects, redevelopment projects, and numerous street and sewer projects for the City of Omaha and State of Nebraska.

Ralph has over 25 years experience in the design, coordination, and project management of various projects. Ralph has project background in educational, commercial, institutional, government, financial, and multi-family types of projects. Ralph has also been the primary point of contact with a number of repeat clients, which include the Bellevue and Fremont Public School Districts.
